Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to payments made through the website of Π.Α.Ε.Κ. – Pnevmatiki Adelfotis Ellinidon Kyprou (“the Organisation”).

Payments made through the website may include membership fees, donations, event participation fees, or other contributions supporting the activities and initiatives of the Organisation.

All online payments are processed securely through the JCC Gateway payment platform. The Organisation does not collect, process, or store credit or debit card details.

Donations

Donations made to the Organisation are generally non-refundable. However, refund requests may be considered in exceptional cases, including duplicate transactions, incorrect payment amounts, or unauthorised transactions.

Events & Activities

Where payments relate to participation in events, seminars, workshops, or other activities organised by the Organisation, cancellation requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

The Organisation reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify events where necessary. In such cases, participants may be offered a refund, transfer of participation, or alternative arrangements where applicable.

Refund Requests

Requests relating to refunds, cancellations, duplicate payments, or payment errors must be submitted in writing within 14 days from the transaction date.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where possible and may require several business days to appear, depending on the payment provider or banking institution.
