All online payments are processed securely through the JCC Gateway payment platform. The Organisation does not collect, process, or store credit or debit card details.
Donations
Donations made to the Organisation are generally non-refundable. However, refund requests may be considered in exceptional cases, including duplicate transactions, incorrect payment amounts, or unauthorised transactions.
Events & Activities
Where payments relate to participation in events, seminars, workshops, or other activities organised by the Organisation, cancellation requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
The Organisation reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify events where necessary. In such cases, participants may be offered a refund, transfer of participation, or alternative arrangements where applicable.
Refund Requests
Requests relating to refunds, cancellations, duplicate payments, or payment errors must be submitted in writing within 14 days from the transaction date.
